तक्रारदार यांचे भावाचे नावे असलेल्या टाटा मेगा एक्स एल चारचाकी मालवाहू गाडीचे पुनरनोंदणी करून वाहनाचे आरटीओ तपासणीमध्ये मदत करण्यासाठी आरोपी श्री.तानाजी गोकुळ भोगील,39 वर्ष, व्यवसाय -खाजगी आर. टी. ओ.एजेंट, आरटीओ कार्यालया समोर, उस्मानाबाद. यांनी 4500 रुपयांची लाचेची मागणी करून यापूर्वी 1500/- रुपये रक्कम स्विकारल्याचे मान्य करून उर्वरित 3000 रुपये स्वीकारण्याचे मान्य केले आणि श्री.संदिप श्रीनिवास सूर्यवंशी, 28 वर्ष, व्यवसाय- ऑनलाईन सर्व्हिस सेंटर,आरटीओ कार्यालया समोर, उस्मानाबाद. रा. टाकले बेंबळी ता.जी.उस्मनाबाद. यांच्या मार्फतीने 3000/- रुपये लाच रक्कम पंचांसमक्ष स्विकारल्याने त्यांना ताब्यात घेऊन त्यांचे विरुद्ध पोलीस ठाणे आनंदनगर येथे गुन्हा दाखल करण्याची प्रक्रिया चालू आहे.
